The "good ole boys club" The ability to move up in certain parts of the company is more based upon politics than an ability to lead and move results. Insurance for management is severely lacking what is available to the union employees. They claim to value education yet they consistently promote individuals without degrees who promise to get them without any repercussions when they do not follow through on those promises.
