Management is old school and doesn't seem too see the need to change Sales compensation is difficult to understand and even harder to hit There used to be a reason to put up with long hours, hard work, and impossible expectations but with the new structure (no pension, benefit cut backs, changes in management incentive plan), the new young people don't have the same reason to make it a career.
