Low pay for what is expected of you, poor communication from upper management, complete lack of respect for PT supervisors, constant micro-management, high turnover of PT management and employees. Employees have too low a starting wage to retain any quality people. On top of it they have to wait 1 year to get the health insurance (which is the main reason people actually stay). Management is so desperate for workers they will overlook almost any type of infraction which sends a very negative message to the few employees that actually care. This place is a nut house... problems ever where you look. Very rarely is anyone actually recognized for hard work or trying their best.
