Pros
Very good benefits and remuneration
Kontras
I entered the company solely based on the organisational culture, possibility of working remotely, the respect of work-life balance and the values on which it was based upon. It seemed too good to be true and, in fairness, it was. I took part in the Sales Academy Graduate Program willing and hoping to learn as much as i could, in truth, no formal training is provided but you're required to attend to your own training, often outside of the regular working hours given the ever increasing workload. The 'touchy-feely' company culture has drastically changed and I can say that was the company I signed up for, not the one that requires you to be working for at least 10 hrs on a daily basis in your prospective role (SDR). My manager often times told us the job is totalising and our department manager recommended us to 'work on our company training platform in the evenings while having a glass of wine'. The company was amazing and turned into an absolute disaster within the space of 5 months, furthermore they revoked the chance of working from home and we are now required to go to the office 4 days a week.
