Pros
Company striving to be at the forefront of innovation, that alone does a lot of heavy lifting for customer/prospects wanting to purchase more from Salesforce, helps when 70% of your number comes from your install base/patch. People you work with are smart and personable. Probably the most personality at an organisation I've worked In. Company isn't afraid to splash money on you, with events, spiffs etc. Renowned company work for, great office, view and amenities.
Kontras
Attrition is now being considered called NNAOV, and which is applying pressure from top down resulting in scrutiny and culture taken a massive hit. It's new territory for leadership. It'll get worse before it gets better. Typical with territory land and expand, your patch determines whether you're at risk of getting piped vs number 1. Training is lackluster and weak, it's too product focused. Internally not taken seriously, it's low value, you're encouraged to use AI and skim through it. Occasionally the business will fork out budget for proper training, but by then the reps rather the time back to drive quick ACV. Very political, poor processes and rules of engagement intertwined, this creates a cutthroat and unfair environment, and it's not out of malice by no means, if you allow a gun to a knife fight expect to see a few guns, The faster you learn who and what processes to leverage (the gray area), the higher your chances of survival. Example even SDRs, lowest in the totem pole have control of inbound lead routing, they can shower you or starve you.
