Decent pay, if you have a good manager you will have a decent experience.
Kontras
Flex to work is no longer flexible. Have to be in office 3 days per week and any flexibility is manager discretion (if you don’t have a good manager, you have zero flexibility). Layoffs aren’t over, minimal raises, no promotions, but more work than ever.
