Despite some great people at all levels, the overall effect is highly corporate & standardised with little room for creativity. Focus on employee development, coaching etc. is good- though the roles need to be available in the first place.
Kontras
Massive budget cuts have impacted all areas, from recognition to travel to hiring leaving many teams severly under-staffed. Processes are onerous leading to frustrated customers and excessive time spent on admin.
