Pros
-They allowed me to work from home full time when we relocated for my spouse's job -Work life balance -Great vacation days (you start out with 15 + 5 personal days, so essentially 20 right off the bat) -Great pay, and in my position I essentially have unlimited overtime opportunities to make more money when needed -Great overall benefits (tuition reimbursement, 12 weeks paid maternity leave + 4 weeks of part time transition back to work at full time pay, medical benefits are good)
Kontras
Very difficult to break in at the entry level. They pretty much only hire existing interns into entry level positions, so if you're looking to get into the company right after college or in your early career, the internship is the real entry-level position.
