I decided to join SAP after looking into all the good reviews about the organization. However work culture, Work-life balance all depends on the Team/LOB that you join. From the past 1 year that I have been working here I do not see any of the "good review" points coming true. The team that I am part of has people with more than 10years experience. Bullying, Harassing is very common because of their own insecurities. Lots of politics being played which would not allow a new comer to stabilize at the workplace. Favoritism is also part of this show, which leads to undeserving employees being rewarded and eventually promoted. Work-life balance is zero now due to the stress that the workplace has induced.
