Co-workers are great people and always make time to help. You can often find a new role that isn't directly related to what you currently do if you network well.
Kontras
Culture has been completely lost, management/board is based on nepotism and friendship (See North American President/CRO who has no sales experience but somehow leads sales for the most strategic region globally). Pay is awful, about 2% raises for the past 5 years, 10% if you move internally/get a promotion (Good luck with that). No RSUs unless youre very senior, only ESOPP. Overall, this place is lucky they have a strong foothold in the largest companies in the world, otherwise the ship would have already sunk.
