The people are incredibly smart and collaborative, creating a healthy work environment where employees are treated well and feel valued. The benefits are also hard to beat.

Due to a reorganization back in 2018, it has become very challenging to get people management experience. Also, it can be difficult to get promoted as there is a lot of internal competition for any Team Lead or Director level role, which is very discouraging for the pool of experienced and high performing Senior Managers.
