      Diverse workplace and opportunities to work in different areas of the company

      Its Roche- a big global pharma company. the creative and innovative vibe of yore is dead due to corporate bean counting. corporate politics that go beyond the pale, poor decision making as a result of poor leadership and aforementioned politics, too many meetings and too many committees to make a single decision, wastes time and resources.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry your experience here at Genentech as a Contractor has not been completely positive. We are working hard to nurture and evolve our culture to allow our employees to feel empowered and provide them autonomy and freedom to lead and inform any position.       The work is meaningful and overall the company vision aligns with my goals

      QA management has become inept. None of the leadership (aside from maybe one or two) truly understand the nuances of our site and jobs. They refuse to pay you more due to "budget" reasons but won't provide much information, they claim to be transparent but will make decisions behind your back and not communicate them, even if they impact you and/or your job. Leadership doesn't listen to feedback and gets defensive if you even try to give any. It honestly has become a game of politics only in QA and that's not really building any real quality culture.
