Great company, salaries not so much - Senior Data Analyst bei BASF: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Dear colleague, thank you for your lovely feedback! We are constantly working on improving our compensation instruments. We have already been able to develop a lot in the past and have the ambition to continue to do so. Besides that, salaries are not everything - we live flexible working, which our employees appreciate and is difficult to convert into money.
