Pros
This is a very well compensated job for the area. The benefits are good, the health insurance is at or below average. The company takes care of its workers and is very safety oriented.
Kontras
Challenging field, plus there is danger involved with working with chemicals. Depending on your title, most of the bargaining unit workers work swing shift. This may not be a Con for everyone but this is a very "woke" company. I am all for inclusion but i don't agree with sacrificing qualifications for a more diverse working area.
