Disposition to cut costs through headcount instead of process optimization, specialized training, potential unleashing & focused RC-analysis which are multi-million cost factors (high-impact) Inability to execute due to political quibblings. People preferring to have an easy work life, lack of iterative processes implemented to drive value-added actions/processes with no chance for demonstration of excellence. Lack of delegation and responsibility. Lack of authority and trust. Need stronger-vision oriented people. Tactically hampered at production/supply-chain level. Price's law is very applicable here when I worked here.
