Worst management ever, bad communication, nobody really cares about improving or changing things, so if you have a lot of energy and motivation, it gets very frustrating after a while. I don't regret having worked there, but definitely, I should have left earlier.
Salary can be quite low. I got a 40% bump for a pretty similar role in another company.
