Pros

Steady work, not many pros other than that

Kontras

Nepotism nation, rely heavily on individuals instead of robust processes to operate. High turnover of senior managment goals are everchanging. Micromanagement is a way of life. Use or be used environment, the objective is to find a way to put work off on others and take credit for it.
