for some, most division can drive own decision from culture, work from home arrangement to bonus pay but this also means if you are in wrong OD, the environment can be extremely toxic

If you joined a more upstream business, reconsider if you have better opportunity. Business is bad, management is more frugal than downstream, and colleagues are competing for own survival because you could be terminated in a wrong role, wrong time or under wrong product. Hong Kong office is no longer perceived as APAC Headquarter but Singapore. Benefit is subpar
