Could gain rapid growth of knowledge for CRA under 2 years. Free of redundant procedures like in CROs. Nice and luxurious team meeting. Excellent and impeccable office culture and harmony.
Kontras
Limited salary growth each year. Lack of promotion opportunity. Longer career path to Senior CRA. Only local manager role on career path in Taiwan. Even with promotion, local study manager's scope is different/narrower from CTM or CPM in CRO. Monthly salary would be subpar but generally good after bonus, but not preferrable for someone who has loans to take care of.
