Toxic work culture especially in Phoenix/Florida. Product has no knowledge on product and you have to be in the good books to get promoted in the tech side and say yes to everything. Staff engineers have no architecture knowledge. Very poor competency. Avoid here at all costs unless you are ok with not getting promoted and low pay. Leaders are highly biased.
