AMEX is a great place to work, no doubt. Lots of training support, great people, relatively easy going. Sometimes the work was monotonous and you feel like just another cog in the wheel, but there definitely are avenues to excel in the company and your career

A bit tedious setting up accounts as there are lots of hoops you have to jump through when a problem arises. Given that the company is so large sometimes its impossible to have a specific question answered or task completed that involves another team
