Management in the FXIP Division is absolutely clueless. The Company cannot compete with small "mom and pop" shops. They have hired some guy in Omaha to run the NY sales team??? Moral is at an all-time low and everybody is looking to leave. An entire division has resigned within 2 months and everybody would leave for less money if given the opportunity.
