Quite organised until latter stages when I started getting talked into other jobs which I didn't apply for. I wasn't qualified for them so I withdrew from the process. Interviews were clearly managed and the recruiter provided support throughout.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
