I had to the application on their platform at their web page, upload my cv, etc. Then they called me for a short phone interview where they asked about about my capabilities as a programmer, on which fields I had more experience and my interests.
Met with one of the senior programmers. He was nice to talk to and the conversation went well. Most of the questions were around design of certain back-end components which I didn't have much experience in.

It was very tough the questions were hard and yeah i didn't pass and they asked me to solve some leet code and answer some assebly stuff. it was verty very hard
Overall the process is smooth, will have technical exam session.
