There are 5 sections 1) An electronic E-tray exercise with two tasks to complete: an online exercise and a written task 2) self reflection interview 3) group exercise 4) case study analysis 5) a final interview You have to be very prepared because you need to stay under pressure for the whole day. The thing I like about SRD is that you will have a chance to go for lunch with those senior managers who interview you and chat with them.
