Was a long telephone interview consisting of a few questions. This was then followed by a weeks trial period. The starting process was much like being thrown into the frying pan as there was not much training provided, although the job was not too difficult and was picked up quite easily. Many of the staff were very helpful in assisting with me picking up the job.
