Whole application process occurred online. 1st stage involved Online Assessment Tests that involved numerical and verbal reasoning, similar to other online tests for job applicants. There was also an on-demand interview stage consisting of 5 questions regarding your motivations and previous experiences. I didn't make it through to the second stage, which was supposed to be a video interview with the company personnel.
