Took an online assessment and on demand interview. The online assessment consists of personality questions and IQ questions. There was also a math section. The on demand interview was weird because you are just talking to a computer. You only have ten days to complete both assessments.

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
