The interview was fairly straight forward, somewhat informal, but that was actually refreshing, as the interviewers wanted me to relax a little, to see what kind of person I really was. The interview was different for me, as it was over the phone, instead of in-person, but this wasn't an issue, as I was prepared ahead of time, and had all my documents printed out and any questions that I wanted to ask, also printed out. This helped immensely. Being prepared is vital to any interview.
