Pretty much all questions are behavioral in nature. Multiple interviews, one of which if a panel interview. All questions are in the STAR format and focus on the behaviors demonstrated as part of the 5 pillars of Full Spectrum Leadership.

-The interview was conducted through zoom.
- A panel of 3 which asked six behavioral questions.
-Total duration of interview was one hour.
-Forty five minutes of interview questions and then fifteen minutes to ask the interview any questions that you have.

There was only one interview due to COVID restrictions. It was a panel interview with 3 experienced company leaders. Two of the interviewers were graduates of OLDP, and one was not. Asked typical behavioral questions centered around company values.
