Exciting News! 🌟 Last week, Dr. Kapil Gopal and his team at Mount Carmel East successfully performed the first minimally invasive vascular bypass procedure using the innovative Endologix DETOUR system! This groundbreaking procedure uses fluoroscopic guidance to create a femoropopliteal bypass through the femoral vein, ensuring unobstructed blood flow from the superficial femoral artery (SFA) to the popliteal artery.
