Not alot of handholding here. If you are the kind of person that likes to take an idea and run, this place is great. If not, you may struggle. - Friendly team that genuinely seem to like to spend time together - Management is pretty open and although there are definite tiers in the company, everyone is pretty accessible - Work ethic is strong across the board - Honest to a fault -- committed to client service in an industry that is pretty indifferent to it - Constantly adapting to market changes which means projects change as do priorities - making for dynamic environment, albeit a little exhausting - Company of builders
