Flexible hours, good relationships with coworkers. We all pull together to get the job done when necessary. Quarterly bonuses are nice.
Kontras
Senior management constantly changing the game, cannot seem to appease the shareholders, have not instituted a policy our customers actually like for months. Problem employees are never dealt with, and favoritism is preferred over merit as the way to get ahead. Our core team has worked there since the beginning, and it's NOT the same. Our job titles have changed, we've been promoted a little, but ultimately we're still doing the same jobs as we were 7 years ago.
