Awesome benefits. Great health/dental insurance. Vision insurance is free. Employee stock purchase program is great as long as stock keeps going up. Moving into an awesome new facility Spring 2013. Free soda and bagels.

People within this department are not rewarded adequately based on their performance. The people who never leave the office, regardless of what they do while they are there, are rewarded. Talent is not developed. I worked there 2 years and still have no idea what most of our departments leadership team does everyday.
