      eBay's products offer value to consumers around the world. In these challenging financial times, you can get great deals on eBay and its other retail websites, pay easily with PayPal and speak for FREE with Skype to anyone in the world. They have amazing products that improve people's lives. This makes me feel proud to work there.

      There is little attention paid to career development or adventuring. Sometimes people are afraid to say what they really think, despite management attempts to make it a more direct and open culture. Some more positives include working with a lot of nice people who see all of eBay's opportunities.

      Pros

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Kontras

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
