Office facilities like canteen , foods are good, Cab Services is there, WFH is there when needed Salary on time Supportive HR and smooth onboarding IT team is quite supportive in terms of equipment and resolving issues Office environment and setup is good

1. Collaborating with US stackholders becomes challenging especially in terms of getting there time for getting onboarding and resolving issues. 2. Indian Team or Management in order for them to get good projects does too much requests and still does not have their own autonomy or their own say . 3. Work life balance is not effective as US teams availability becomes an headache in order to get things done. 4. Job stability and security is something which is very doubtful because of the way work is getting carried on i.e. unplanned work too much , no real engineering as focus is not on correctness rather on getting things done in any ways , managers are then blaming people instead of getting theirs hands dirty in fixing things. 5. Lack of inclusion of different working style , if your very much diplomatic , bureaucratic or someone who is an yes man then it'is a good place otherwise can be getting replaced easily however good you perform. 6. Lack of recognation and rewards from team side or management. 7. Irrespective of the work or your accomplishment however it is , if manager perspective or values is not getting aligned with yours , it is difficult to survive there.

Pros

Relaxing culture. family first. Stock performance is generally good for the recent two years and huge benefit if you're eligible for ESPP. Stable product with large customer base means you get opportunity to work on project with real impact.

Kontras

1. Blind push for AI and leadership expect unrealistic efficiency improvement 2. Layoff every year in Feb (2024, 2025, 2026) and sometimes can feel the tension in team 3. Legacy tech stack with isolated and fragile infrastructure. Developer friction is a real pain. You get random infra down every once a while and internal support becomes even worse since they started offshoring to LCOL area in 2025. 4. Hiring freeze in San Jose... just expect more layoff coming up + frequent meetings at night / early morning across regions
