Wir bieten allen unseren Mitarbeitern einen umfassenden Schulungskatalog mit einer Vielzahl von Schulungen, an denen sie teilnehmen können. Da ams in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen ist und auch in Zukunft weiter wachsen wird, wurde unsere Unternehmensstruktur komplexer. Auch die Integration von OSRAM ist ein komplexer Prozess und wir bemühen uns, kontinuierlich mit unseren Mitarbeitern zu kommunizieren, um sie auf dem Laufenden zu halten.       Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
