Pros
Good work-life balance. Focus on employee wellbeing and morale. Some good colleagues and managers. On balance it's a good place to work and other teams probably have a better experience than I have.
Kontras
Some poor managers who don't seem to care about their teams. Extremely slow to hire replacements for colleagues who've left, which places a huge burden on remaining team members. Almost no effort to address development and progression despite employee feedback that this is needed. Incompetent employees not held to account because team members aren't viewed as individuals.
