If they really have done that well, then hire some more staff, especially on the front end; give employees hours they can actually live on without going into debt! Otherwise, it just a big lie. By the way, Shelley Broader has never been a "minion" and has not had to find a way to pay the bills, so it is very comical to have someone who not part of the "working poor" lead a company that caters somewhat to those people. "Tell Shell" as she has implemented, to get real; you make decisions that affect other people, but don't have to live with the results....
