Pros
When I first started the people were nice to me throughout the training. The hours were good and couldn't complain about compensation because it was my first job. Working in the backroom could have been a dream because it is the type of work I like. Because its labor intensive and doesn't require much customer interaction unless you are out stocking the shelves. When I first began the job I saw myself staying there and eventually rising up to a better position in the company.
Kontras
Management treats their employees like dirt, most but not all. Anytime there would be interaction between the employees and a manager in the backroom it would always be negative or demeaning. During my short lived career at Walmart I saw so many people come and go which was because of the supervisors/managers. I liked the job very much and if it weren't for a supervisor constantly breathing down my neck I would've stayed. I would be talked down to every day and sometimes in front of other employees which was embarrassing.
