Three-fourths of the days, you have at least double overlap for 90% of the day -Most medications are really cheap, so there is a lot less conflict from customers over prices -Less likely to get robbed versus CVS, Walgreens, or independent pharmacies -The number of metrics at Walmar are wayyy lower than other retailers. The metrics are also pretty achievable. -6% matching 401k -10% employee discount -Health insurance that is inexpensive and also pays the first $300 of healthcare costs each year -Store Managers never even come back to the pharmacy. So, it's not like at CVS or Walgreens where the pharmacists are below the store manager (who often has a 1/4 of the education as pharmacists)
