If they are looking to keep employees it may be best to offer more than 10 days vacation. It is very hard for those who do not live by family to see them at all if you work at UL and only have a few days vacation. Most companies are offering 3 -4 weeks vacation per year. Some flexibility and working from home would be an eye catcher, too.
