People are not valued or treated fairly. There are favoritism amongst people and they say they “care” about their people but they don’t. They get rid of hardworking people without any type of warning or guidance. The culture and community here is non existent. Their core values of caring and integrity is a joke because their own leaders lack all of their core values.
