      Lots of overtime, lots of good people

      Kontras

      12+ hours a days, 7 days a week. Everyone is in it with you which helps and the hours can be expected with disaster work - just be aware of what you are getting in to. Lots of good friends to be made but management can be horrific.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
