This is a great company to work for... The managers that I work with has been very supportive. They actually give compliments. As a new hire, there was always someone that was willing to assist me in navigating my way through the company. The business unit had undergone some significant changes prior to me. In reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical but this was the best decision I could have made. Reviews are written from the persons perspective and it does not mean, another person will have the same experience- I didn't. I am glad to be apart of the team. The benefits are decent

Every job has a downside, you just have to make the best of it. This place is much better than my last employer so I have no complaints
