The firm relies heavily on freshers so very less bench time and high involvement in the projects. People have becomes leads in 6 years aftet joining the firm. With 3+ years exp you can act as an SME in the teams if proper work desire is shown

Motivation is in terms of words only not a hike. Pays very less compared to industry standards. Appraisal process a joke at times. Your reporting manager at times may have no idea about your daily work since he is from a completely different field and is there only for money and doesn't have the technical benchmark to understand the nitty gritty details of your work and this is true for a lot of projects not just 1 or 2.
