There are no pros of joining Tech Mahindra if you are looking for good yearly hike.

Kontras

* Management wont share what rating you will get even 5-6 months after completing PRD. * Management wont let you know when you are going to get hike letter. * Hike letter will be received in Oct/Nov and your hike will start from the same month. You wont get the compensation from March. * Most importantly, you will get yearly hike of around 4% which is below than standards.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Kontras

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
