Pros
Relaxed work environment. Tech M generally places candidates in offices of big corporations. The atmosphere is nice and the hours are flexible generally. It is an India originated company that has really taken over the IT and other industries. There is plenty of time to learn on your own and the company give many test and self paces courses online.
Kontras
Most of the live course are on Indian time so the US based staff can't really take them. The pay does not progress with you skillset. The annual review is based on what you can translate into dollars, quantify, instead of the work you actually did. There is a very short learning period. They train you on what they want you to do but you may be trained 5 weeks for a senior developer job. You will struggle the first 6 months.
