      Leadership - Good leaders around, keep you on the toes, overall tremendous learning opportunities Learning Curve - Exposure to tools and different responsibilities under a project Training Programs - Well designed training programs to develop associates; helps in getting cross skilled for different requirements Rewards & Recognition - Philosophy is really good, overall recognition programs in place, Events conducted are really motivating and bring in a lot of energy, good to see leaders actively involved in these engagements

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
