      1. Onsite opportunities for the one's who can stay their boss' favorite 2. Chances for growth and learning new tech. initiatives for re-skilling 3. Good infrastructure,transport facilities

      1. Not good pay masters. Sometimes increments have more often been delayed 2. Work-from-home policy introduced, but depends on your project/client or if you have been given a laptop. 3. Very easy for your career growth to get stagnant as many projects still using old tech and feel no need to switch to new tech, so if you are unlucky to get stuck in such a project, you'd wish you were somewhere else. 4. Hard to maintain work life balance

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
